professional experience

My professional background is rooted in international sales. Drwaimg from my extensive experience including leadership roles across various industries such as telecommunication, (digital) communication and consumer/luxury goods, I now use this as the foundation for my work as a Systemic Business Coach with a focus on Female leadership and the the balance between family and career.

 

Coaching

I completed my training as a Systemic Business Coach at the Münchner Akademie for Business Coaching. I was independently certified by the dvct (German Association for Coaching & Training e.V.). I engage in regular further education, supervision, and mentoring to keep myself up to date and ensure continuous personal development.

As a Family Career Consultant, I specialize in harmonizing individuals' personal and professional lives. By bridging these areas, we create synergies that benefit both individuals and businesses alike. Achieving a blend between work and personal life not only enhances well-being but also fosters professional success.

My role is to support individuals and businesses in establishing this connection. Together, we work on identifying untapped potentials in both life domains and linking them with appropriate measures to promote personal, professional, and economic growth.

I live in my chosen hometown of Munich with my husband and son.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I find great pleasure in networking, meeting new people and engaging in conversations at various events.

Apart from my love for languages and dance, I am an avid traveler and always have a book by my side.
